BOPP is the film of choice, due to its cost effective all-purpose conversion characteristics. The superior machinability make BOPP suitable for HFFS as well as VFFS packaging applications. The film has high clarity and good strength in single web packaging applications. BOPP film is approved for direct food contact applications.

Clear BOPP
- Available in 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 48/50 micron
- Suitable for food packaging and flow wrap applications
- Heat sealable both sides

Solid White BOPP
- Available in 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 micron
- For food and confectionery packaging
- Suitable for single ply and lamination applications

- Excellent hot tack and sealing strength
- Both sides heat sealable
- One side (external) corona treated for conversion
- Excellent ink adhesion for flexographic and rotogravure process
- Good moisture barrier
- Good anti-static and slip properties
- High whiteness and gloss
- Excellent light barrier properties
- Cost saving converting process due to its natural solid white core
Metallised BOPP
- Available in 15, 18, 20, 30 and 35 micron
- For food and confectionery packaging
- One side metallised, other side heat sealable
- Suitable for single ply or lamination applications
- Excellent barrier property to gases, moisture and oxygen
- Metallised side for printing and lamination (metallised side not recommended for direct contact with food products)
- High optical density
- Suitable for VFFS and HFFS packaging applications
- A high barrier protective printable coated metallised BOPP film is also available, the coating allows easy printing, but also enables un-printed usage (avoiding the need for lacquers) – Please contact your Accrued representative for more details
Matt BOPP
- Available in 20 and 30 micron
- Paper like appearance when used as outer surface of a laminate structure
- One side matt, other side glossy
- Sealable on matt side
- Suitable for single ply or lamination applications
- Glossy side treated for printing and lamination
- Ideal for food and confectionery packaging
- Good anti-static and slip properties
- Matt effect BOPP film is a rapidly growing sector of the flexible film market. The paper like appearance given by the matt film and the tactile feel gives the finished packaging a differential appearance to standard glossy films. Matt BOPP is ideal for use as a single web overwrap or in lamination applications.
Anti Mist BOPP
- Available in 25, 30 and 35 micron
- Anti fog performance, specially designed for fresh vegetables and salad products
- Anti fog effect prevents moisture from forming within the pack, aiding product shelf life and pack appearance
- Anti fog effect is integral to the core of the product (as opposed to being a coating)
- Fully compliant with food contact requirements
- Both sides heat sealable
- One side external (corona) treatment for conversion
- Excellent ink adhesion with flexographic and rotogravure printing process
- Good transparency and gloss

High Gloss Non-Heat Seal BOPP

- Non heat-sealable film

- Suitable for rotogravure and flexographic print reception.

White Voided Metallised BOPP
- Available in 38 and 47 micron
- White appearance on non-metallised side
- High gloss appearance
- One side heat sealable
- Excellent barrier properties (water and oxygen)

- HFFS and VFFS packaging applications
- White voided metallised film provides printers and converters with improved conversion capabilities, the metallisation provides excellent barrier properties for the packaged product, whilst the white pigmentation enables the printer to reduce the requirement for white ink.
White Cavitated (Pearlised) BOPP
- Available in 30, 35 and 40 micron
- White pearlescent high gloss appearance on both sides
